What Can I Expect?
All aspects of a person’s health are considered with a view to identifying the cause of a person’s symptoms. There is always a cause whether it be physical, emotional nutritional, or environmental Natural therapies are used to help to remove unhealthy situations from the patient, as well as equipping patients with the means to be able to take responsibility for their own health.

Nutritional Therapy

Your body needs a wide variety of nutrients to keep it healthy, but modern diets do not always provide all of these nutrients.

Poorly functioning digestive systems can reduce the absorption of nutrients.  Stress, medication, alcohol, smoking and environmental toxins can also place our bodies under stress and deplete nutrients.

I believe that good nutrition is essential to health, and also that eating should be a pleasure. My aim is to develop healthy eating plans that you will enjoy!
